You Got Song creates personalized, custom-written songs based on the information you give us. Each song is made to order and delivered digitally by email.

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate information about the recipient and occasion. We create your song based on what you submit, so please double-check names, details, and pronunciation notes before paying.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order begins once payment is complete.

Every personalized song includes one revision for reasonable changes (fixing a name, changing a lyric, small adjustments). Major rewrites or new versions may require an additional purchase.

Standard orders include personal-use rights: play it for friends and family, send it personally, use it at a personal celebration, or share it on your personal social media. Business promotion, paid advertising, and other commercial use require separate commercial rights — contact us for licensing.

We retain ownership of the underlying composition and recording unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Because every song is custom-made, cancellation and refund options may become limited once writing or production has started. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Please don't submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights. We may decline orders that don't fit these guidelines, with a full refund if payment was taken.
