When you order a song, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the story and details you share about the recipient. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

We use your information to write and produce your song, deliver it to your email, communicate with you about your order, and handle revisions or support requests.

The stories you share are used only to create your song. We don't sell your personal information to anyone.

We share information only with the services needed to run You Got Song: Stripe for payments, our email provider for order and delivery emails, and our hosting and database providers. Each only receives what it needs to do its job.

You can look up your order any time with your email and order number. If you'd like your order details or personal information corrected or deleted, contact us and we'll take care of it, subject to records we're required to keep (like payment receipts).

Finished songs are delivered through private, secure links. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
