Every song is written and produced for one person, so please read this before you order.
Your song is created specifically for you from the story you send us. Once writing or production has started, refund options become limited because the work cannot be resold or reused.
If you change your mind before we have started writing, email us and we'll cancel the order and refund you in full. If writing has already begun, we may offer a partial refund depending on how much work is complete.
Every song includes one revision for reasonable changes — a name, a lyric, wording, a detail to remove, or small production tweaks. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll work with you on it. A complete rewrite, a major style change or an entirely new version may need an additional purchase.
Music is subjective. We use your story, mood and music style as direction, but the finished song may not sound exactly like what you imagined beforehand. That alone isn't grounds for a refund — it's what the included revision is for.
If your song is late because of us, or you never receive your download link, contact us and we'll make it right — including a refund if we can't deliver.
Optional add-ons such as rush delivery, a second version, a lyric video, a printable keepsake or a ringtone are refundable only if we haven't delivered them yet. If rush delivery is missed on our end, that portion is refunded.
