We generally aim for approximately 2 minutes 45 seconds to 3 minutes 30 seconds. Some songs may run slightly shorter or longer depending on the story and arrangement.
Please make sure names, relationships, memories, places and key details are correct.
We create your song from the information you gave us. If something absolutely must be in it, list it under “Anything that must be in the song?”.
If a name, nickname or place could be said more than one way, add a pronunciation note.

Every personalized song includes one revision, for reasonable changes such as:
A complete rewrite, major style change or an entirely new version may need an additional purchase — additional revision $10, second version or different style $12.
We want you to feel great about the song you're giving.
If something doesn't feel right, use your included revision and tell us what you'd like adjusted. We'll work with you on reasonable changes based on the story you submitted.
Standard delivery: 2–3 business days.
Rush delivery: 24 hours when available, $15.
Delivery time starts after payment and once we have all your song information.
Your finished song arrives as a private link sent to your email.
The standard order includes a downloadable MP3. No physical item is included unless you add a printable or physical option.

Music is creative and subjective.
We use your story, mood and music style as direction, but the finished song may not sound exactly like what you pictured before hearing it. That's why one revision is included.
